I just finished watching Stay Here on #Netflix and I totally recommend it if you like decorating transformation work like I do!
The special thing about this successful series is that they combine #decorating with #business in the #hospitality and #property fields as you can see in the trailer.
Talented designer Genevieve Gorder takes on the properties from the decorating part, and really does an impressive job each time. I loved to see her do her magic over and over again, and that for me, being a designer, was of course the best part.
While real estate expert Peter Lorimer show property owners how to turn their short-term rentals into moneymaking showstoppers. He got the all the know-how to help the owner use his/her space the best way possile.
If you love decorating this is for you.
If you rent out your property this is very valuable for you. So many tips and things to do and not to do.
