When I saw this video on NTS channel on YouTube I was really blown away!
It's difficult to believe I was looking at a 35 sqm #studio apartment where Architect Jack Chen used every trick in the book and more to make this his heaven.
From dynamic clever modular furniture, partition, and cladding, to smart glass and green walls. This is what I call transformation and clever design.
What's more impressive for me is how bold he was in using materials such all the wood, the flooring, and the moss in the bathroom. I mean, typically, in a #smallspace like this one one wouldn't think of dividing the wall and floor with different contrasting materials, yet it works like a charm cos everything is place, well measured, and well thought of!
