NEXtCARE Headquarters

In 2103 NEXtCARE decided to move their Dubai headquarters from the previous location in Deira to Eiffel 2 building in Sheikh Zayed Rd. The new space was around 40,000 square feet in total, with approximately 350 employees and managers at that point in time.

I'm definitely proud that I had been involved in this project; the space itself and the volume of the project is a great experience for any designer, and add to that NEXtCARE themselves; working with them was and still is a delight because they are very professional, appreciative, and well educated about how such projects run.

​

The design was a challenge in many aspects, space planning took time to finalize due to the various teams and the client requirements, and then designing each space and sourcing out the right materials and finishes, as well taking care of all the details which can otherwise be overlooked in such a project. And finally, shifting the employees to the new offices, especially the call-center, which was a big challenge since they can't miss a beat and they needed to work continuously. It was done, and I'm proud.
